How to Apply?
- Product is for application on untreated, new or newly sanded woods/veneer of all species of woods, ply and MDF.
- It is advised to thoroughly vacuum the sanded surface with cleaners to eliminate the dust, post appropriate sanding.
- While using the two components, carefully mix both the components in 3:1 ratio for O:A (i.e. 3 parts O+1 part A). Apply the oil on freshly sanded wooden surface with (up to 220 to 600grit dry sanding paper as per recommended) colorless/clean cloth or polishing pad while spreading (O=OIL; A=ACTIVATOR) the oil evenly on the surface.
- Leave the oils to crosslink for a few minutes. Then thoroughly remove the excess of oil with dry white cloth/pad. The surface should be rubbed until it feels dry (there should not be any residual oil on surface).
- For an extra attractive surface, wood can be repolished after 8-12 hours of the first application. The surface should be thoroughly polished as per above steps.
